技能研修を受けた女性を雇用

RFL社は、バングラデシュ産業技術支援センター(BITAC)で3ヶ月の技能研修を修了した女性120人を雇用することになった。女性たちはフルタイムの従業員として採用される。
RFL社のザベール アル ラハッド カーン(Zaber Al Rahad Khan)シニアマネージャーが声明で述べた。

BITACのSM イサヌル カリム(SM Ihsanul Karim)所長は講堂で、研修生に代わって任命の手紙を受け取った。BITACは最近の研修で300人の女性を研修し、RFLはそのうち120人を採用した。

過去5年間で、BITACの研修を修了した総計3500人が、Pran-RFLグループに採用された。
